Need eval: A bump suchas this would need to be evaluated. In the inner thigh area when you see something like this there's a possibility of herpes if you are sexually active. However there are other viruses or infection that can also cause this type of bump.Most commonly it could be a basic skin infection and you may just need antibiotic. But i recommend you go see a doctor for it to be evaluated.
