Depends: If you had a ct scan of your abdomen and pelvis and the results included the above, they may be incidental findings, unless you have symptoms. A uterus > 13cm, an ovary >3cm should be evaluated. It does happen with er visits and imaging that you get a secondary benefit by knowing something is amiss before you have symptoms. Visit with your regular doc.

Unrelated: The description you have is not specific for a single diagnosis, and each problem has what we call a differential diagnosis - a list of possible causes. Also, the issues deal with more than one specialty - gyn and GI medicine or surgery. I would start with a gynecologist and gastroenterologist. Hope this helps!

Hiatal hernia: The enlarged uterus and ovaries are probably not related to the stomach issues. The stomach thickening may be from the hiatal hernia. If your stomach is sliding up into your chest, it may be getting irritated and thickened. Also, if you have severe gastritis in that area, it may cause thickening. You really need an egd and biopsy to make sure the thickening isn't cancer.
