A member asked:

Are doctors ever offended when patients choose to go to someone else or do you guys not even realize it when it happens?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Most of the time I am not offended at all. The only reason it might affect me as i want to give everyone the best treatment in a professional manner. Most of the time, from my experience, patients go elsewhere not because of the doctor, but the support team. I am not happy when someone leaves because of service or they feel they aren't appreciated. But I do understand you can't help everyone.
