Go see your doctor: Talk to your family doctor. Tell her/him what's on your mind. List your medications, prescription & otc. Also any supplements. Get referral to psychiatrist if necessary. At least get counseling so that you know that you're not alone and that there are many people available to help you through this tough time. And get a 2nd even 3rd opinion if necessary if you don't feel fine.
