Yes stress and : Epilepsy( as u mentioned) can cause your symptoms. If all tests are negative, be reasssured that you will be fine!

Clenching ?: Stress might be causing you to clench or grind on your teeth(bruxism). This can result in neck and mouth pain as well has headaches.
