I have pain in my right shoulder, it feels very sharp when i move my arm and is located at the top of my arm and the point in my shoulder. what is it?

See an orthopedist: This could be any number of problems. The rotator cuff muscles are located in this area as well as some tendons and bones. Tendonitis and bone spurs can also be troublesome. You need a physical exam and possibly x-rays. An MRI may also be needed.
