There is a really sharp pain in my right shoulder and my whole arm is dull and achey and my shoulder hurts when i move yet i have done nothing to it ?

Pain: pain in the should region with out any history of injury----It could be an infection--would need more information---are you tender under the arm pit? any sores/ reddness? or does the joint feel warm?----if so check for infection---if you sleep on that side you may have bursitis/tendonitis check with your Dr. or go to urgent care or ER
