Probably: Cardiologists would certainly know that diastolic murmurs are usually pathologic. There is one diastolic murmur that is benign: the diastolic murmur of liebman. http://circ.ahajournals.org/content/38/4/755 if your echo was normal, then i'm sure you are fine.
