Head congestion: You may have acute sinusitis or rhinosinusitus, which means that there is fluid building up inside the sinus located on the facial bones, as well as nose. Its most often due to "allergic rhinitis" or a viral infection. Sometimes, it can be infected with bacteria and rarely with fungus. Please get ENT exam by your physician. You may need x-ray or a ct-scan if your doctor thinks appropriate.
