Not used to: Undigested fiber could be getting fermented in the colon and forming gas. However, it is good idea to eat greens. You may wish to cut back some and add more greens gradually.

Take small portions.: Increasing fiber intake can lead to stomach upset and gas in some cases. I would suggest to continue taking this healthy food, but instead of eating eating too much at one time, take small portions more frequently and see if it helps.

Not used to it: Changes in diet often require adjustments, and should be made slowly. Kale is difficult to digest and your stomach is not used to working that hard. Changes in diet and result in all types of stomach ailments. If you are not having pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea just give it some time. Try eating smaller amounts for a while. The greens are great for your overall health and well-being.

Fiber load!: You can tolerate it, you are just getting use to the fiber load. If it is not uncomfortable ignore it. Because the trapped air makes you feel fuller! If it hurts a little take simethicone or Beeno with those types of veggies. or with bloating. Good for you! You will be healthier happier, and feel very virtuous every day. because you are superior! But you could try increasing amt slower.
