A member asked:

Is it normal to have headaches after i fall asleep with my glasses on? i'm near-sided

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible: If the temples of the glasses are pressing against the bone behind your ear or if the nose piece is too tight against your nose as you sleep on your side, i can expect this could cause some pressure-induced pain and possibly a headache.
