Indeed you can: Uncorrected vision and eye strain is one of the most common causes of headaches. Being farsighted, rare in young people, may make ususl daily activities - especially anything that includes reading - even labels, keyboards or phone pads - a big problem. Get examined and use a corrective prescription. You'll feel better and make fewer mistakes and enjoy so much more of what you do.

Yes: Being far sighted, or hyperopic, and not wearing your glasses is a common cause of headaches. The more reading, texting, or close-up work you do, the worse it will get. When you get older, the condition will seem worse. Far sighted people need reading glasses earlier in life than others who normally require them in their mid forties.
