My forearm has a sore spot that has been there for 3 days. i slept on my arm and that caused it. i am getting some intermittent shooting pains also?

? bone bruise?: You may have a small bruise under the lining around the bone (periosteum), which can ache for several days. Advil (ibuprofen) and/or cold compresses should help with discomfort. If persists beyond 7-10 days, should get it checked by your dr / urgent care / orthopedist, but will likely resolve in few days.

Greetings! I have psoriasis. I have a patch of psoriasis on my arm slightly less than the size of a quarter. For at least two weeks maybe three weeks there has been a scab over the spot. It will bleed sometimes. It is not like the typical psoriasis of flakey skin. I have applied neosporin ointment and triamcinolone cream. What is the issue? Treatment?
