No single best optio: As much as manufacturers want you to believe, there's no single best multivitamin. Heck, there's even much debate (and not very much evidence) whether multivitamins really make a difference if you're eating healthy. Just make sure to get blood tested for TSH regularly (adjust levothyroxine dose accordingly). And don't forget to exercise regularly, too. There's really no secret to staying healthy.

Many good choices: There are many great multivitamins. Being hypothyroid should not affect your choice. For an independent review of 101 brands of multivitamins see http://www.Multivitaminguide.Org/ any of the top 30 are great, though some good choices like ultranutrient by pure encapsulations and only one by new chapter are not included. I also advise taking 5000 iu of vit d in fall & winter months.
