I have hypothyroidism, however is it possible for me to take a multi vitamin called centrum?

Vitamin/hypothyroid: Biotin can interfere with thyroid testing when taken in excess. Minerals like iron and calcium interfere with the absorption of thyroid medication. So take the vitamin with low levels of biotin and hours away from the thyroid medication

Why do you wish to spend money on a multivitamin, especially when many of the components may cause issues with thyroid evaluation and medication absorption. If you have a specific deficiency, take the specific vitamin supplement.
