More info: Angina which is related to a blockage in coronary vessels manifests with with chest pain. I strongly recommend that you see your doctor for a complete examination to better delineate your symptoms.

It could be angina: Ache or discomfort in the chest which goes into the shoulder or neck is very suggestive of heart pain (angina). Hypertension (high blood pressure) is a risk factor for heart disease. I strongly encourage you to get it checked out this week.
