Tension on back of tha neck....and lightheadedness?

See a doctor: Would start with a primary care doctor since the lightheadedness evaluation might cover several different areas of investigation. The neck stiffness may or may not be related to the neck with possible vertebral artery issues. In any event you need to be seen and thoroughly evaluated. Hope that you get better quickly and stay that way. Best wishes.

Headache: You may have tension headache, although, lightheadedness is not specific for that but it's not specific for any other disease. Warm compress, gentle rubbing of the neck muscles, Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen may be tried provided no other symptoms are present. If worsens or other symptoms add up, seek prompt medical attention.
