Anxiety: I see anxiety as one of your conditions, so it may very well be the case. Anxiety leads to hyperventilation - fast, shallow breathing that in turn can cause dizzy feelings. Sometimes treating anxiety causes the dizziness to go away rather than chasing dizziness as the primary disease.

What is your dizzy?: Some people describe dizziness as a sensation that the world is spinning around them (like getting off a ride at the amusement park) whereas other describe dizziness as a lightheaded sensation (as if standing up too fast and feeling like you may pass out). If it is a spinning sensation, think inner ear or brain. If it is lightheaded, think heart or blood vessel dysfunction.
