Hello doc, iam recently diagnosed with hiatal hernia (stage 2),iam taking pan 40 every morning and dompy whenever i get vomiting sensation,my question is after having food i get slight dizziness during evening time ,is it related to hiatal hernia?

Probably not.: A hiatal hernia usually caused gastric reflux. Try to eat a balanced diet. The dizziness may be related to eating too much carbohydrates. Allow your stomach to empty at least 4 hours prior to reclining and not to take fluids in the evening. Follow with PCP for evaluation.
