Very possibly: Yes, this side effect may pass in a few days. Be careful when standing up, though, as there can be orthostatic blood pressure changes with remeron (mirtazapine). These, also, may resolve. It sounds like your doctor is being very gradual with this medicine, trying to look out for you. Please contact him or her if this dizziness does not go away in a few days.

Mirtazapine?: Can be be sedating and can cause dizziness , therefore if is usually taken at bedtime and usually as time goes by u can get used to the side effect . 7, 5 is usually not enough dose, discuss u dose requirement with u physician.
