Is there a disease going around like not pooping well and stomach pain and cough? i have been having for 2 weeks 4days.

Abdominal symptoms: You may be having stomach pain from coughing. Not being able to poop goes against stomach flu usually as it normal presents with diarrhea. Chances are your symptoms are not part of the same picture as they don't fit a single presentation.
