There is none: You must burn off 3500 calories that you don't ingest to lose one pound. That's the equivalent of waking 35 miles. Weight loss if very difficult, and can be achieved only by eating less and exercising more. There are no quick fixes and no magic. Don't believe what you see on tv or the internet. The only thing that will lose weight is your wallet.

Quck weight loss bad: Weight loss should be by a proper program of dietary modification. Reduced caloric intake below thr body energy expenditure will result in weight loss.
Cut out any items with fructose and high fructose corn syrup , avoid procesed foods, cut back on dairy and wheat and you will see weight loss. Eating more vegetables and fiber foods to keep bowels regular is the best way to go.
