Teaching Children: This is sounding like you are jumping the gun a bit. Your children seem a bit young for this. But, if they are asking questions this can lead into simple facts. As they age the simple can move to the full story, but i wouldn't force the conversation yet.

Sex Education: Mainstream 4th. Grade kids get to watch a documentary in classroom called "puberty", separate one for boys and girls. Around same age you can start talking: 3-4 yr: address q. About sexuality, use correct term for genitalia, privacy, good & bad touch. 4-8 yr: talk about sexuality appropriate to the child's interest and developmental level. 9-11 yr: discuss pubertal changes, abstinence.
