Yes, you should: In general the GFR of 44 suggest a chronic kidney disease. The causes could be multiple. Please see a nephrologist, stop taking nephrotoxic agents -like advil (ibuprofen) and other nsaids. How long you had the cardiac catheterization? The dye can make your kidney function worse. See a nephrologist.
