Yes: You are right, a healthy person of your age should have a gfr above 90. Less than 60 is consider stage 3 kidney insufficiency. It would be prudent to consult a nephrologist. See this site for more info: https://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/007305.htm
