Nasal Sinus X-rays : The densities are either an active infection in the sinuses or most likely residual chronic inflammation from previous infections. The findings do not sound serious unless severe acute pain and fever is present. The best option is to review the radiographic evaluation with the ordering physician or an ENT specialist.
