I had some reumatology tests, and the anti-dsdna value is 43.2 u/ml. should i be worried or am suspect of les? thank you very much

Possibly: The dna positivity is suggestive of lupus if the clinical picture is consistent with lupus. The dna may occasionally be positive in other disorders.
