First Sign: It is one possibility for abnormally heavy periods. Of the ovarian hormones, Progesterone is often the first to go, which would cause fatigue, irritability, heavier periods. Go see your doc. It will help solve the problem. Also get these blood tests on day 18-20 of cycle (abt 8 -10 days before next period: fsh, lh, estradiol;progesterone, & testosterone.Rule out fibroids, foreign object or tumor.
