Spermatocele: Spermatocele is an abnormal retention cyst or collection of fluid at the epididymis (the "cap" on the back of the testis) or rete testis and depending on the size could cause your left testis to hang "differently" than the right. You should be examined by a physician however, and if bothersome, you could have the spermatocele removed.
