Here are some...: Varicocele is varicose veins of pampiniform venous plexus of spermatic vein, which present in some 15% of men with 90% of them on left side and 10% on both sides; spermattocele is cyst(s) of epididymides, which contain light milk-colored fluid with sperms, usually at the head of epididymides.
