Good day, on the 3rd of october 2018 did i remove a spermatocele on my left testicle, there doesn't seem to be any pain but the testicle is still a bit swollen and hard and i was just wondering if it is suppose to still be like that?

Sometimes scar tissue is felt. It also depends on what was done at the time of surgery. Best to have the surgeon examine and check.

Mild scar tissue: After any surgery, there is some residual scar tissue and swelling that can the scrotum feel swollen. Since pain is resolved, I recommend waiting 4-6 months before getting concerned.
