: Sometimes scar tissue is felt. It also depends on what was done at the time of surgery. Best to have the surgeon examine and check.

Mild scar tissue: After any surgery, there is some residual scar tissue and swelling that can the scrotum feel swollen. Since pain is resolved, I recommend waiting 4-6 months before getting concerned.
