I have had a verruca like sore on the top of my big toe. what can i do to remove it?

Verruca like?: Make sure you know what it is before attempting anyhting. It is not likely, but is possible to have a skin cancer. It could also be a callous, obviously the treatment is quite different. A podiatrist or dermatologist should be able to make the diagnosis.
