Is it possible to have moments of 'normal' if you have bipolar disorder?

You are aiming for: With bipolar you are aiming for as close to "normal" as possible. When medications are balanced your life will feel closer to "normal." psychotherapy will help you learn to cope with life stressers better, too. When the meds keep you balance, you can function better and take advantage of therapy better. The illness does not go away, but you can learn to manage it better.

Bipolar: Yes, it stands to reason that if one is having mood swings from depression to mania that they would experience a relatively neutral mood even though it may be for a very short period of time.
