A member asked:

Can beta blocker's help to overcome fear of flying?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Beta blockers: Beta blockers block some of the catecholamine response to stress. They are not tranquilizers per se and generally don't cause relaxation though the removal of the stress reaction can be relaxing in itself.
