Get help!: Anxiety and/or depression is not uncommon after the death of a loved one. Talking to someone about this can be very helpful. Find a psychotherapist or counselor who does grief counseling. There also support groups for people who are grieving. You are not alone!

Sorry for your loss: How long has it been since your loved one passed away? Were they ill for long or was it sudden? It takes at least a year to mourn the death of a loved one. Talking to a therapist can help even during the 1st year of normal grief, although often people do not come till it has been longer & they are still struggling. Personally, i think it is wise to get help if it feels overwhelming.
