Not sure: The term liver flush refers I am believing to a complementary medicine approach. These have variable effectiveness although this is not a well studied issue. The toxins associated with Alprazolam and benzodiazepines are not well characterized and their short term and long term effects are only partially understood. If you are wanting to clear your urine drug screen, that effect is also unknown.

Can't hurry it: "liver flushes" are of various kinds -- some are very restrictive and last longer than others. They may include fasting or completely liquid diets, along with colonic "cleansing." this is actually not needed to remove medications from your body, which has its own very effective detoxification processes. http://tinyurl.com/6ofkkzp what leaves liver arrives in urine, which is used in drug tests.
