Depends on Time: Standard Benzo drug test will see Klonopin & Xanax (alprazolam) similarly. Klonopin's longer 1/2-life, 19-60 hrs vs 6-27 hrs makes it detectable some days longer. Generally, the test is for benzos; if positive, further test for specific benzo(s) may be done if it is known you're on a specific benzo. If you should not be taking benzos at all, unlikely a further test for which benzo will be done

Same in reg tests: Yes, you are correct. They will both show up as a benzo.

Same: They should show up the same. It also depends on what type of test is being done, a screening test and/or confirmatory test. Screening tests may be affected by other substances ingested, but confirmatory tests are very specific because they break the chemical into drug specific molecules.
