First, eat less...: Secondly, if you are eating smaller meals, and still having abdominal pain, it could be gallstones, ulcer, intestinal blockage (usually has vomiting with that), or poor emptying of your stomach. For the acute pain, try tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. Then, experiment: try eating a small, high-fiber (roughage) meal. If ok, then later try a small, high-fat meal.
