Change diet: Change your diet, get more fibers, avoid fatty and spicy foods, try otc prilosec, make sure you have regular bowel movements, if it still hurts of if you have any nausea vomiting if pain is severe or increases in severity, any fever, any bleeding from bowels or vomiting blood, seek medical help asap.
