I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for full evaluation. White coating of the tongue is nonspecific. Your chronic symptoms can be due to irritable bowel syndrome, gluten intolerance,pancreatic insufficiency, inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn's, or diverticulosis of the discending colon.
