So be patient...It did not all happen in one day! first step is to learn about how body handles food and about energy balance in our body. The secret is to eat less and burn more calories(exercise), creating a negative energy balance. Avoid calorie dense foods(fats and sweets), eat plant based foods(veggies/fruits).

A general aerobic: Unfortunately it is not possible to create regional fat loss by any method. Best bet is nutritional diet with aerobic exercise.
