Work out and diet: There really are no short- cuts to building a lean, muscular body.Consider working w/ a competent personal trainer if you have such a short time. Start slow ( w/ your strength reps and weight) to avoid overuse injury. Diet, eat lean meat, fish vegetables and fruit. Exersise aerobically as well 4-5 times a week for 30 min. Do not use steroids.!
