Age/sun spots?: It is difficult to tell what you have without seeing them..But probably sun spots which are not dangerous check with your doc to be sure... Good luck.

Need to see to know.: These lesions would likely need to be examined and more history obtained to be able to provide you with useful input about the diagnosis or possible treatment.
