I have rashes that keep occurring on my inner thighs. they first start as a small spot and then start to spread into a bumpy/scaly ring with a black dot in the center. the rash is extremely itchy. any idea what this could be?

It sounds like some kind of bacteria overgrowth, and more likely if you are heavy. Try loose cotton wears and you could use like over the counter azole cream twice daily for about two weeks. The most important thing is to keep the area aerated.
