Asthma or anxiety...: Trouble breathing is never normal even for teenagers. Do you have trouble breathing out, tightness in the chest or wheezing? Then this could be asthma. Is the trouble triggered by fear/stress an associated with rapid breathing and heart rate. Then is could be anxiety. Anxiety can also trigger asthma. It is tricky. Get a second opinion!
