my friend is haveing problems breathing everytime he starts to work or get physical hes had a stress test and been to the dr but they can't find anything wrong any ideas anyone please help!?

Pulmonary?: Normal stress test is reassuring but this could be a pulmonary issue. Consultation with a pulmonologist may be most useful at this point. An echocardiogram may also be helpful to rule out valvular disease.

Further workup: Presuming this is new and he has previously been easily able to perform these activities, he needs more workup. This might include an echocardiogram, respiratory function tests or other tests.
