See below: Studies show antibiotics aren't necessary. Pain medsl, frequent saline rinses, and ice for comfort. Don't blow nose, lift, or strenuous exercise for 10 days postop, keep head elevated. Call surgeon for excessive bleeding, fever, uncontrolled pain. Communicate concerns with surgeon.
