Dear Ocelot,: So much fear. Try to be less anxious about this. Although every medication including zoloft (sertraline) has potential side effects - I have treated thousands of patients w zoloft (sertraline) with good results. It has been reported that 10 to 20% of people on zoloft (sertraline) may experience dizziness at one time or another. That means there is an 80 to 90% chance that you won't experience dizziness. Take care.

Not likely.: Generally people tolerate zoloft (sertraline) pretty well. You are on a really low dose. The only way to know how you will react or if you will have a side effect from the medication is to take it and see what happens. Discuss all risks benefits and reactions with your physician.
