A member asked:

Can i continue as a transport pilot with sinus conditions. .?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sure: As you know, most airliners are pressurized to 8000 feet. If you have symptoms at that altitude then you will have problems if your sinuses aren't fixed. If not, there should be no problem. What kind of plane do you fly? Are you flying a pressurized plane? Also, you certainly can't fly with certain medications in your system, as you know.
