Could B an ulcer. : Also gastritis some have RUQ pain & some have radiation to the back. Pancras &spleen & the colon r also there. It would b best 4 u 2 c a gastroenterology specialist & b evaluated. While waiting c if a liquid antacid helps u, this can narrow the diagnosis some.

See your DR and: Get examined for stomach irritation, problem with spleen and intestine etc. Consider seeing a GI dr for endoscopy to check for gastritis, stomach ulcer etc. Best wishes!
